QCM & Clontarf Foundation

clontarf-logo.png

QCM is proud to work with the Clontarf Foundation to offer meaningful work experience opportunities for eligible youth across the Northern Territory. Our goal is simple – to provide those who are willing and motivated with the chance to learn new skills, gain practical experience, and take a positive step toward shaping their future.

Whether it’s in our head office, at our construction yard, or out on site in remote communities, we are committed to giving young people exposure to a wide range of roles within the construction industry. From administrative tasks and logistics to hands-on trade work and project support, participants will have the opportunity to experience different career paths and discover where their passions and strengths lie.

By opening these doors, QCM aims to equip young Territorians with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to build a brighter future for themselves and their communities. This partnership reflects our ongoing commitment to developing local talent, fostering inclusion, and ensuring that every young person who wants to learn, has the chance to do so.
